การยกเลิกธุรกรรม (Void) ต้องดำเนินการ ก่อนเวลา 20.00 น. ของวันที่ลูกค้าชำระเงิน หากดำเนินการหลังจากเวลานี้ ระบบจะถือเป็น การขอคืนเงิน (refund)  

To void a transaction, the action must be completed before 8:00 PM on the same day the payment was made. After this cutoff time, the transaction will be processed as a refund instead. 

หมายเหตุ (Note):

• กรณี Void
  ร้านค้า ไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียม และลูกค้าจะได้รับวงเงินคืนภายใน 1–2 วันทำการ
  (ระยะเวลาขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารผู้ออกบัตร)
  A void transaction incurs no processing fees. Funds will be returned to the customer within 1-2 business days, depending on the card issuer. 
   
• กรณี Refund 
  ร้านค้าไม่สามารถเรียกคืนค่าธรรมเนียม ที่เกิดจากธุรกรรมเดิมได้
  For refunds, processing fees from the original transactions are non-refundable. 

สิทธิผู้ใช้งานที่สามารถยกเลิกธุรกรรมได้
Roles authorized to void transactions:

• เจ้าของบัญชี (Account Owner)
• ผู้จัดการร้าน (Project Manager)
• ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (Sales Manager)
• บทบาทที่กำหนดเอง (Custom Roles)

ขั้นตอนการยกเลิกธุรกรรมบน Bolt+
Steps to void a transaction on Bolt+

1. ไปที่เมนูประวัติบน Bolt+
   Go to the History menu on the Bolt+ device.
    

   

2. เลือกธุรกรรมที่ต้องการยกเลิก
   Select the transaction that you would like to void.
    

3. 

   กด ยกเลิกรายการ ที่มุมขวาบน
   Tap Void at the top right corner. 

   

4. เลือกเหตุผลในการยกเลิก
   Choose the reason for voiding the transaction.

   

5. กด ยืนยัน 
   Tap Confirm to complete the process.

หมายเหตุ (Note):

หากระบบแสดงหน้าจอตามรูปด้านล่าง หมายความว่าผู้ใช้งานไม่มีสิทธิยกเลิกรายการ
กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าของบัญชีเพื่อแก้ไขสิทธิการใช้งาน

If you see an error message below, it means the user does not have permission to void transactions.
Please contact the Account Owner to update the user’s permission.

วิธียกเลิกรายการ (Void) ใน Beam Lighthouse
Steps to void a transaction in Beam Lighthouse:

1. เข้าสู่ระบบ Beam Lighthouse
   Log in to Beam Lighthouse
2. ไปที่เมนู การชำระเงิน เลือก ชำระผ่าน Bolt 
   Go to Payment, then choose Bolt Charges from the left menu.
3. เลือกรายการที่ต้องการยกเลิก
   Select the transaction that you would like to void. 
4. คลิก ยกเลิกรายการที่มุมขวาบน
   Click Void at the top right corner.

5. เลือกเหตุผลในการยกเลิก จากนั้นคลิก ยืนยัน
   Choose the reason for voiding the transaction, then click Confirm.
