ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข – ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการชำระเงินผ่าน QR พร้อมเพย์

ข้อเสนอโปรโมชันและเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติสำหรับธุรกิจที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ (Qualified Businesses) 

1. คุณสมบัติของผู้มีสิทธิ์
ข้อเสนอโปรโมชันนี้สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะธุรกิจขนาดเล็กที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์เท่านั้น ซึ่งหมายถึง ร้านค้าที่ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนกับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า (DBD) หรือหน่วยงานของรัฐอื่นใด และไม่ได้จดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับการประเมินคุณสมบัติและการตรวจสอบตามข้อกำหนดของ Beam

2. เฉพาะร้านค้าใหม่ที่เพิ่งใช้งานเครื่องรับชำระเงินเป็นครั้งแรกเท่านั้น
ข้อเสนอนี้สำหรับร้านค้าใหม่ที่ลงทะเบียนกับ Beam และเพิ่งเริ่มใช้งานเครื่องรับชำระเงินเป็นครั้งแรกเท่านั้น ร้านค้าปัจจุบันหรือร้านค้าที่เคยลงทะเบียนกับ Beam หรือเคยใช้งาน EDC รับชำระเงินมาก่อนไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมโปรโมชันนี้

3. ระยะเวลาโปรโมชันและวงเงินธุรกรรม
ร้านค้าที่มีสิทธิ์จะได้รับอัตราค่าธรรมเนียม 0% สำหรับการชำระเงินผ่าน QR พร้อมเพย์ผ่านเครื่อง Bolt เท่านั้น และจะต้องมียอดธุรกรรมรวมทุกวิธีการชำระเงินต่อเดือนไม่เกิน 50,000 บาทเท่านั้น

Beam จะตรวจสอบยอดธุรกรรมรายเดือนของร้านค้าแต่ละรายอย่างต่อเนื่อง หากยอดธุรกรรมรวมต่อเดือนของร้านค้าเกิน 50,000 บาทในเดือนใด Beam ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกสิทธิประโยชน์ตามโปรโมชัน และเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมธุรกรรมในอัตรามาตรฐานที่ใช้บังคับ โดยร้านค้าดังกล่าวจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์จากโปรโมชันนี้และไม่สามารถกลับมารับสิทธิประโยชน์ได้อีก แม้ยอดธุรกรรมรายเดือนในเดือนถัด ๆ ไปจะต่ำกว่า 50,000 บาทก็ตาม

4. ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขอื่น ๆ
ข้อเสนอนี้ใช้เฉพาะกับการชำระเงินผ่าน QR พร้อมเพย์เท่านั้น ช่องทางการชำระเงินอื่นทั้งหมดยังคงมีค่าธรรมเนียมธุรกรรมตามอัตราที่ใช้บังคับ

Beam ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาคุณสมบัติของร้านค้า ตรวจสอบข้อมูลประกอบ ตลอดจนระงับหรือยกเลิกสิทธิประโยชน์ตามโปรโมชัน ตามดุลยพินิจอันสมควรของ Beam ร้านค้าที่ไม่มีคุณสมบัติหรือขาดคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด จะต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมธุรกรรมในอัตรามาตรฐานที่ใช้บังคับ


Promotional Offer and Eligibility Criteria for Qualified Businesses

1. Qualification Criteria

This promotional offer is available exclusively to Qualified Small Businesses, meaning merchants that are not registered with the Department of Business Development (DBD) or any other government entity and are not registered for Value Added Tax (VAT), subject to Beam’s eligibility assessment and verification requirements.

2. New Merchants and First-Time Payment Terminal Users Only

This offer is available exclusively to new merchants registering with Beam and using a payment terminal for the first time. Existing merchants, merchants who have previously registered with Beam, or merchants who have previously used an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminal to accept payments are not eligible for this promotion.

3. Promotion Period and Transaction Limit

Eligible merchants may enjoy a 0% transaction fee on PromptPay QR payments transacted through Bolt, provided their total monthly transaction volume does not exceed THB 50,000.

Beam will regularly review each merchant’s monthly transaction volume. If a merchant’s total monthly transaction volume across all payment methods exceeds THB 50,000, Beam reserves the right to withdraw the promotional benefit and apply the applicable standard transaction fees. The merchant will be permanently disqualified from this promotional offer and will not be eligible to regain the benefit, even if its monthly transaction volume falls below THB 50,000 in subsequent months.

4. Other Terms and Conditions

This offer applies exclusively to PromptPay QR payments. All other payment methods remain subject to their applicable transaction fees.

Beam reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to determine merchant eligibility, verify supporting information, and withhold or withdraw promotional benefits. Merchants who fail to meet or no longer satisfy the eligibility requirements will be subject to the applicable standard transaction fees.
