A refund refers to a transaction cancellation initiated after 8:00 PM on the day the customer made the payment. In this case, processing fees from the original transaction are non-refundable. See refund terms and processing timeline here

The refund process typically takes around 30–45 business days, depending on the card issuer.

Roles authorized to refund transactions:

• เจ้าของบัญชี (Account Owner)
• ผู้จัดการร้าน (Project Manager)
• ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (Sales Manager)
• บทบาทที่กำหนดเอง (Custom Roles)

หมายเหตุ (Note):
การขอคืนเงินสำหรับรายการที่ทำผ่าน Bolt+ ไม่สามารถดำเนินการบนเครื่อง Bolt+ ได้โดยตรง ต้องดำเนินการผ่าน Beam Lighthouse เท่านั้น
Refunds for Bolt+ transactions cannot be processed on the Bolt+ device. They must be completed via Beam Lighthouse.

วิธีการขอคืนเงิน (Refund) ใน Beam Lighthouse
Steps to refund a transaction in Beam Lighthouse:

1. เข้าสู่ระบบ ​Beam Lighthouse
   Log in to Beam Lighthouse
    
2. ไปที่เมนู การชำระเงิน เลือก ชำระผ่าน Bolt 
   Go to Payment, then choose Bolt Charges from the left menu. 
    
3. เลือกรายการที่ต้องการคืนเงิน
   Click the transaction that you would like to refund
    
4. คลิก คืนเงิน ที่มุมขวาบน
   Click Refund at the top right corner
    
5. ระบุยอดเงิน
   เลือก คืนเงินเต็มจำนวน สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน หรือ กรอกจำนวนเงินสำหรับการคืนเงินบางส่วน 
   Specify the refund amount.
   Choose Full refund or enter an amount for a partial refund.
