การยกเลิกธุรกรรม (Void) จำเป็นต้องทำก่อน 20.00 น. ของวันที่ลูกค้าชำระเงิน หากทำหลัง 20.00 น. จะถือเป็นการขอคืนเงิน (Refund)
To void a transaction, you must do so before 8:00 PM on the same day the customer made the payment. After this cutoff time, the action will be processed as a refund instead.
หมายเหตุ(Note):
- หากเป็นการยกเลิกธุรกรรม (Void) ร้านค้าจะ ไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียม และลูกค้าจะได้รับวงเงินคืนภายใน 1-2 วันทำการ (ขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารเจ้าของบัตร)
A voided transaction will not incur any processing fees, and the customer will receive their funds back within 1–2 business days, depending on the card issuer.
- หากเป็นการขอคืนเงิน (Refund) ร้านค้าจะ ไม่สามารถเรียกคืนค่าธรรมเนียม ที่เกิดจากธุรกรรมดังกล่าวได้
A refunded transaction will not reimburse any processing fees incurred from the original payment.
สิทธิ์ผู้ใช้งานที่สามารถยกเลิกธุรกรรมได้
Roles authorized to Void transactions:
- เจ้าของบัญชี (Account Owner)
- ผู้จัดการร้าน (Project Manager)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (Sales Manager)
- บทบาทที่กำหนดเอง (Custom Roles)
ขั้นตอนการยกเลิกธุรกรรม
Steps to Void a Transaction:
- เข้าสู่ระบบ Beam Lighthouse
Log in to Beam Lighthouse -
คลิก ลิงก์ชำระเงิน (Payment Links) ใต้หัวข้อ การชำระเงิน (Payments) ที่แถบเมนูด้านซ้าย
Click Links under the Payments section on the left menu
- เลือกรายการที่ต้องการยกเลิกรายการ
Click the transaction that you would like to void -
แล้วไปที่แถบ รับชำระเงิน (Charges) คลิกรายการที่ต้องการยกเลิก
Go to the Charges tab ,then click on charge id that you would like to void

กด ยกเลิกรายการ (Void) ที่มุมขวาบน
Click Void at the top right corner

เลือกเหตุผลในการยกเลิก (ถ้ามี) และกด ยืนยัน (Confirm)
Choose the reason for voiding (optional) and click Confirm to proceed
สามารถยกเลิกได้เฉพาะธุรกรรมที่ชำระผ่าน:

Credit/Debit cards (excluding UnionPay) -

QR พร้อมเพย์ เฉพาะ Thai QR เท่านั้น
PromptPay QR (Thai QR only) - E-wallet: TrueMoney, ShopeePay, WeChat Pay
หมายเหตุ (Note):
WeChat Pay, Alipay รวมถึง E-wallet อื่น ๆ ที่ชำระผ่าน QR พร้อมเพย์ ไม่สามารถ Void ได้
WeChat Pay, Alipay, and other e-wallet transactions processed via PromptPay QR cannot be voided.
