การยกเลิกธุรกรรม (Void) ต้องดำเนินการก่อนเวลา 20:00 น. ของวันที่ลูกค้าชำระเงิน หากส่งคำขอหลังเวลาตัดรอบ รายการจะถูกดำเนินการเป็น การคืนเงิน (Refund) แทน

Voiding a transaction must be completed before 8:00 PM on the same day the customer makes the payment. Requests submitted after the cut-off time will be processed as a refund instead.

กรณีดำเนินการเป็น Void

• ร้านค้า ไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียม
• ลูกค้าจะได้รับวงเงินคืนภายในประมาณ 1-2 วันทำการ (ขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารผู้ออกบัตร)

If the transaction is processed as a Void

• No processing fee will be charged to the merchant.
• The customer's available credit is typically restored within 1-2 business days, depending on the card issuer.

กรณีดำเนินการเป็น Refund

• ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินคืนภายในประมาณ 45-60 วัน (ขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารหรือผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน)

If the transaction is processed as a Refund

• The customer will receive the refund within approximately 45-60 days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

หากหน้าจอแสดงว่า Void สำเร็จ แต่รายการถูกดำเนินการเป็น Refund

ในบางกรณี ร้านค้าอาจเห็นสถานะ Void สำเร็จ บน Beam Lighthouse พร้อมข้อความ:

"คำขอนี้เกินเวลาตัดรอบของธนาคาร/ผู้ให้บริการ จึงนับเป็นการขอคืนเงิน (Refund) ทั้งนี้ ร้านค้าไม่ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียมใด ๆ"

• หมายความว่า แม้รายการจะถูกดำเนินการเป็น Refund ในระบบของธนาคารหรือผู้ให้บริการ แต่ หาก Beam Lighthouse แสดงสถานะเป็น Void ร้านค้าจะไม่ถูกเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับรายการนั้น
• ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินคืนภายในประมาณ 45-60 วัน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารหรือผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน

If Beam Lighthouse shows a successful Void, but the transaction is processed as a Refund

In some cases, Beam Lighthouse may show Void successful while displaying the following message:

"This request is past the bank or provider's cut-off and is now a refund. No fees apply."

• This means that although the transaction is processed as a refund by the bank or payment provider, no processing fee will be charged to the merchant as long as the transaction shows as Void in Beam Lighthouse.
• The customer will receive the refund within approximately 45-60 days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Roles authorized to Void transactions:

• เจ้าของบัญชี (Account Owner)
• ผู้จัดการร้าน (Project Manager)
• ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (Sales Manager)
• บทบาทที่กำหนดเอง (Custom Roles)

ขั้นตอนการยกเลิกธุรกรรม / Steps to Void a Transaction:

1. เข้าสู่ระบบ Beam Lighthouse
   Log in to Beam Lighthouse

2. คลิก ลิงก์ชำระเงิน (Payment Links) ใต้หัวข้อ การชำระเงิน (Payments) ที่แถบเมนูด้านซ้าย
   Click Links under the Payments section on the left menu

   

3. เลือกรายการที่ต้องการยกเลิกรายการ
   Click the transaction that you would like to void

4. แล้วไปที่แถบ รับชำระเงิน (Charges) คลิกรายการที่ต้องการยกเลิก
    Go to the Charges tab ,then click on charge id that you would like to void
    

   

5. กด ยกเลิกรายการ (Void) ที่มุมขวาบน
   Click Void at the top right corner
    

   

6. เลือกเหตุผลในการยกเลิก (ถ้ามี) และกด ยืนยัน (Confirm)
   Choose the reason for voiding (optional) and click Confirm to proceed
    

   

สามารถยกเลิกได้เฉพาะธุรกรรมที่ชำระผ่าน:
Void is available only for transactions paid via:

• บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต (ยกเว้น UnionPay)
  Credit/Debit cards (excluding UnionPay)
• ผ่อนชำระ
  Installments
• QR พร้อมเพย์ เฉพาะ Thai QR เท่านั้น
  PromptPay QR (Thai QR only)
• E-wallet: TrueMoney, ShopeePay, WeChat Pay

หมายเหตุ (Note):
WeChat Pay, Alipay รวมถึง E-wallet อื่น ๆ ที่ชำระผ่าน QR พร้อมเพย์ ไม่สามารถ Void ได้
WeChat Pay, Alipay, and other e-wallet transactions processed via PromptPay QR cannot be voided.
